My parents will be going to Singapore this summer and they are wondering also if there any attractions by their hotel. They are staying at the Orchard Road Hilton. Any suggestions? I hear there aer lots of shops there.
Singapore is mainly for shopping.
You can try Sentosa which is an offshore island for other kinds of attractions.

Singapore is really a good place for shopping + having a holiday. Must go once.
Yeah, i heard that Singapore is the cheapest place for shoping and you can find everything there.
Orchard Road is crowded with plenty of shopping malls. Some of the malls are within walking distant.

There's also a new shopping mall called 'Vivo City' which is located near Sentosa. After a day of shopping, you could probably chill out at Sentosa.
I'd recommend visitors to take the train (MRT) because it's really convenient and accessible to most of the attractions.
Singapore is a 'food' heaven. Just be sure you try some of the local delights (well if you're game enough)
