What did you find interesting about it? Do you have some pictures of your trip you can share?

That was some years ago. Unfortunately, I do not have digital photos of the place.
One interesting place to visit is the Sex Museum.

I too find it a very good tourist destination. The quietness in the atmosphere makes me go crazy and this is when one moves out towards the countryside. The view is breathtaking.

My friend was there with his high school colleagues last year. He told me it's very intresting place with lots of museams and shops. And he sad that's the best place to go if you want to party all night!

I'm from the Netherlands myself and I can say Amsterdam is a great place to be. It has great shoppingcentres, moviehouses, theaters and much more. And yeah, you can party all night if that's what you want.
When you're in Amsterdam, check out the moviehouse "Pathé". It's the best one in the Netherlands.
Have fun!

There are some nice places like de Melkweg (milkyway) and Paradiso. They both are located near Leidseplein. It's half an hour walk i think and about 10 minutes by tram from the central station. Actually it's a straight line south which is, i think, quite easy to find. Another interesting place is Waterloopleinmarkt, it's a market where you can buy all kinds of strange stuff, clothes, international products etc. A boat tour is also quite nice and if you're interested in modern architecture, Nemo (by Renzo Piano) is nice, but a little out of the route maybe..
